1 whole, frozen banana*
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 Tablespoon wheat germ, if desired
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Makes 2 - 8-ounce glasses.
* It's easy to have frozen bananas on hand. Just peel slightly ripe bananas, place them in a plastic freezer bag and freeze. For kid's treats, it's like having a frozen Popsicle, except without the added sugar.
