Cinnamon Tea

After Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner consider serving a cup of cinnamon tea. This simple preparation aids in digestion, in additional to being satisfying.

1 cinnamon stick per cup of water
1 individual tea bag per cup of water
1-2 lemon(s) sliced

Use a pot to prepare. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm all day. Upon request, use Stevia or Splenda.
