1 chicken, cut into pieces (bone-in, skin removed)
1 jar salsa (any kind, but a pineapple salsa is good in this recipe)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a baking dish with a no-cholesterol cooking spray.
3. Arrange chicken pieces in dish.
4. Pour salsa over chicken.
5. Cover with foil.
6. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
Good with a variety of vegetables and salad.
