God Bless you Linda..
I am taking 4 different supplements at this time......Fish oil, An organic vitamin made with whole vegetables and and foodlike substance...And also taking a probiotic for my a healthier digestive system and also calcium/magnesium. i buy it from my health food store.....Do you think this is a good choice? The women are very knowledgeable and believe in the healing of our Heavenly Father.....
We have found taking a complete daily nutritional supplement that includes at least 2,000 mg omega-3/fish oil as well as vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, digestive and nervous system complexes and plant extracts (such as Basic Nutrient Support) offers the best hedge of protection to ensure you are getting all the necessary nutrients in their proper ratios, potencies and forms – as well as the convenience of only managing one product. Then, address specific concerns with additional “specialized” ingredients/products, such as probiotics (or Digestion Support).
Without knowing what is in your vitamin product, I don’t know if you are getting all of the 60+ vitamins, minerals, herb, antioxidants and extract we recommend, but it does sound as if you have included many important nutrients in your plan, such as the fish oil and calcium.
