I have been taking the Basic Nutrient Support for several years.
Recently at the American Dental Association meeting, my wife heard a seminar, where they discussed Vitamin A. Apparently too much Vitamin A has been associated with decreased bone density and increased risk of cancer. It is fat soluble and stored in the liver. The recommended dose is 2500 IU and maximum is 5000 IU. Taking the Basic Nutrient Support, two packets a day, provides 25000 IU a day, which is five times the maximum recommended.
I was wondering if you had any thoughts on that and do you still advise taking that amount? Is there a way of taking the Basic Nutrient support and not taking the Vitamin A tablet?
I would be interested in your thoughts on this.
