Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 Tablespoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon onions, finely diced
1 egg white, beaten slightly
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon Lite salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Form into 6 burger patties.
3. Spray iron skillet or grill with a no cholesterol cooking spray. Heat cooking surface.
4. Cook burgers, flipping once.
5. Serve with burger 'fixings': lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo (with olive oil), bread and butter pickles (my favorite on burgers) or whatever you desire.
6. Goes well with freshly cooked pinto beans and potato salad (low-fat, of course)
